Which trademark? All of Lightspeed's "original" trademarks are valid. The fact that you asked such a question merely punctuates my earlier comment that you obviously have absolutely no idea of what you're talking about...

Lightspeed Cash has never abandoned any trademarks. Lightspeed Cash has never applied for any trademarks. You really DON'T have any idea of what you're talking about, do you?

Lightspeed Media Corp., however, abandoned several trademark applications in 2003. It had something to do with USPTO Office Actions. If you want to know what those are, go pay your attorney a bunch of money to explain it all to you, because you obviously don't have any idea of what you're talking about... (Sigh).
