All of them to a certain extent.
Learn how to do this stuff yourself and save $1,000+ per site. In the end you are also getting exactly what you want, and not how someone best interpreted what you want.
Then again web design is a form of art, which relies on creativity. If you have none or little, being an expert in Photoshop techniques isn't going to do you any good.Comment

Its another level then just having a design done yes, but imho WELL worth it if you have the cash...
If you dont have the cash im pretty sure taking out a small loan for craftmanship like this will get you your money back + a good extra chunck for the next site/system....

I have two years of design at a university level (all theory) and 3+ years of experience in the field. what always kills me is how many people who want a design don't care what the designer thinks because they just assume they know best. THOSE people should learn how to do it themselves rather than frustrating everyone else.

sorry folks, ever since my latest project launched I have been hit with mesages regarding people changing their opinion of me.
People that used to talk to me are distancing themself from me because of this board crap.
I have seen people that used to talk very well of me, talking trash about me this week.
its gotten back to me and this was yet another "hey fletch just so you know, redshoe is bashing you now too"
my apologies if redshoe was just joking, i have always known him to be col and very friendly with me. thought he was yet another one tied up in the board drama of it all.

But I can think of three that are WAY to primadonnaa, and definatly overrated.
But like has been said already, I think nickpappageorgio is a good guy, and does a great job, and is VERY fair in the pricing, if anything I agree he sells himself to short sometimes.
I would also have to say, that I like Sharkey too, I looked at his stuff, and think he is one of those guys that will do what they say, when they say it as well.
and I think Bruno, and Eros have some good stuff too, but I have never spoken with them , so not sure how they are to deal with.Got any domains to sell?

I'm glad my name is not on this list...and why?
Because honestly I don't even consider myself a designer.
I'm a gallery maker, I've done some other "designs" but my main job for over 3 years now has been gallery making..it's what I know and it's what I do best.
This is not a perfect science we are dealing with here, and things change constantly...so if you're needing a paysite designer go with a paysite designer.
