This is what happens when you hand over a domain in good faith. You think your being professional and doing the right thing. Only to get screwed. This is what awaits anyone doing business with LightSpeed. I have all my e-mails and ICQ messages logged to prove that they had no intention of keeping their word.
The next time any sponsor wants any of my domains they are going to sweat for them, even if I loose in the end.

When you finally reinstated the trademark on November 25, 2003 you lawyer had to put the exclusionary clause
"The name(s), portrait(s), and/or signature(s) shown in the markdoes not identify a particular living individual."
You trademark is bogus because you excluded every living person in the world. |
