For god sakes, the US is a military super super power! Something like Katrina requires OUT OF THE BOX thinking but too bad Bush isn't up to it... why weren't B52's loading people 24/7 and flying them to a neighboring state 24/7?

and you don't just pick-up the phone and tell the Military to send 500 trucks to NO and it happens the next day.
It just won't happen..
