    What IF ?? - A Bush administration question.

    I was thinking how badly Bush seems to be fucking up the coordination of the current disaster -

    What IF: this was a Nuke from Al Qaeda in a major USA city - I tend to think that the responses from the highest levels would have been much faster, larger and overwhelming.

    What is the state of Louisana actually had a disaster response plan in place which anticipated catastrophic disasters like this? Texas seemed to step up to the plate with the Astrodome pretty quick - that's because Texas has a disaster response plan if Galveston ever gets nailed by a Cat. 4 or 5 hurricane.

      I agree if anything blame the state of Louisana they have known for a very long time this could happen. So why did they not have a disaster response plan in place like the state of Texas?

        actually, i'd think response would be slower...

        you think many people are going to rush into a nuclear blast site to help people?

        BTW, if you think Bush is personally responsible for coordinating disaster relief, you give way too much responsibility to that office.
