(in response to sperbonzo)..theres been plenty of time though. we should have been prepared & started working on plans. Its been since Monday, come on!! People knew about this storm & started to evacuate on Friday & Saturday before the storm. this is bullshit, the money is there, the resouces have always been there, its just simply that no one (in a higher position) knew what to do first.
for 2 days now, they've been moving people from N.O. to Houston, but ALOT of people in N.O. didnt even KNOW where to go!! Some still dont! Thats a problem that could have been solved easily.
