    Sooner or later...

Sooner or later, the way they put these weather reporters in the middle of hurricanes, you are gonna witness one of them die due to flying debris. Last year I had a piece of a building go through the driver side back window of my car right on through the other window on the passenger side. Whatever it was probably would have killed me if I were driving 5 MPH slower. I keep waiting for it with these newcasters though. It's gonna happen sooner or later.

Didn't see that flick. Did one of the newscaster people bite the big one?

My father called me the other day and was telling me about some guy who has a book out on how News companies handle these storm reports.

Key things they have to do...#1 find a palm tree so you can see how it sways...#2 stand in a parking lot so the wind looks much stronger, nothing to hinder it..etc..etc.

Anyway I had started noticing that before....and it was never more apparent than one night I while channel surfing I caught Geraldo standing under a palm tree shorter than him.

You could tell it was all for show...he had to bend over because he was getting hit in the face...and this palm tree was something they found like at the back of a parking lot up against a fence that seperated the parking lot from an apartment complex.

You could tell this palm tree was pretty much alone...LOL...it was the most pathetic attempt at news drama I had ever seen.

I always wondered why they didn't get swept away in 170 MPH winds
