I like it except for the orange on blue text in the flash.

White would've been a better choice maybe but it's looking real good.

For the Flash, it looks pretty good but I would make it clickable to your signup page

The sites look cool, I esp. like the vibrant colors of HJA, however each of those sites I click has a javascript error you may wish to fix. (hint: turn on the 'always popup for javascript error' option in your browser, and you will notice these things right away).

The handjobauditions tour is way too dark. I think you need brigher colors
