if you never have been to New Orleans you wouldn't know how poor it is and not ALL of new orleans poor are black but a good many of them are. It's a very black community

The city is about 500,000 people give or take. . . I read a report that said 1/3 of people will "stay at home" and not evacuate with a hurricane coming. Figure that most of those are poor, immobile or elderly. So the looters are the ones that can walk and 2/3 of them or more are going to be black. . . . at least in this city.
