This is a good example of the timeline I'm talking about. Things can change and you really can't take a snapshot of history and say these people are incapable while another is capable. When Egyptians were at their height of civiliation, they could have declared Blacks in sub-sarrah Africa, Whites, and Asians as inferiors because since the dawn of time, none of those groups were able to innovate like the Egyptians had. But clearly other groups shared the ability to innovate... why did this ability lay dormant until the past 6000 years is anybody's guess. Environment, disease, necessity, conflict. It's hard to say.
