Some locals may be headed down to Baton Rouge to help search for survivors of Hurricane Katrina. Tim Armstrong from Vancouver Urban Search and Rescue says his team can help in a number of ways. They have a water rescue team, canine search units and a structural triage. Armstrong and his team are ready to go, they are just waiting for the request from the US.
