THats not true you can only get in the best shape your genetics will allow. The reason your friend who "did nothing" had a 6pack was probably one or all of these reasons: he was active in sports, didn't eat bad foods and ate alot of protein and clean foods every few hours, had good genes, had plenty of sleep, had high metabolism and good genes.
It's really amazing how these webmasters, who are morbidlby obese and don't know the first thing about nutrition, proper portion size, proper diet, etc. are over here telling people that you can only get a body like that if you are genetically predisposed to look like that.i buy massive xxx dating traffic.Comment

Ate extremely clean (cans and cans canned tuna,chicken), lifted like a animal worked and practically lived in the gym. He looked great but he was far from ripped its not in our genetics. I worked at Gold's Gym. I went thru boot camp. I train at Gracie Academy. I know a little bit about fitness. Genetics has a LITTLE to do with it. Black guys are sometimes naturally cut. Mexicans sometimes have more trouble than other races getting cut. However, ANYONE can get in damn good shape. Lifting doesn't make you cut. Cardio does. Ever wonder why the men in the "strongest man" contest aren't ripped? They don't do enough cardio. It's because of the cardio involved in high repetitions. Heavy weight at high reps will do exactly the same, only problem is that you can't do high reps at high weights. I dunno, I never heard that from the trainers at the gym. Cardio knocks off the fat and water weight, which helps get you cut, but my understanding is that the low weight reps sculpts the muscle. Why aren't all long distance runners and swimmers cut? Swimmers in particular have very rounded, not very well defined muscle mass. Also, come to think of it, there isn't much cardio work in low weight reps if you're in shape. I can curl 40 lbs for an hour without running out of breath or getting my heart rate up much.
