It may be hard for you to accept that not only did I have enough skills to turn SexEducation.com into a WhiteHouse.com/Queen.com but I had enough morals to NOT to as well.

SexEducation.com did NOT allow minors on it's website unless the had DIRECT ADULT SUPERVISION where every page by the TOS must be reviewed previous to a minor viewing it.

That Access Policy was also archived by Archive.org FOR MANY YEARS.

The informal and unscientific survey was based upon random downloads using a program called QuadSucker from UseNet postings.

I just counted up the number of .RU, .AT and .TO domains as published on those types of graphics.

I figure now to calculate the worst offender I would need to do a random sample of UseNet and of P2P software.
