    FUCK you CANADA!!!

    Fuck you Canada, and your stupid fucking Laws!!! You piece of shit country!!!!

    I am a canadian citizen, and not proud to say that anymore. We brought our grandmother from Ukraine (the last relatvie we have), she is 76. She has no relatvies back in europe, and obviously none to care about her. She had visa for 3 years, and today we got a call, that Canadian would not let her reunite with her family anymore, and wants to deport her back in the midle of nowhere, to abandon an olderly person, which needs support. My family pays more then a 100 000 dollars in taxes a year, and thats what we fucking get !!

                                                          get in touch with the local government rep..and start asking questions..there must be someone that has the official say so that you can talk to. i imagine you will have to call no less then 100-150 people before you find the right person..expect to get hassled and turned away, but there is someone sitting at a desk somewhere eating a friggin donut that can help you


                                                          i have had to deal with them, just be nice at all times...you will eventually find someone who can steer you down the right path

                                                                                                                      Canadain Immigration is now run by the Chinese, if you need proof go to any immigration office, or call immigration, and check out who heads up the whole thing in Ottawa.

                                                                                                                      Every single person is fucking Chinese and most of them do nto even speak English or French.

                                                                                                                      They are on a mission to get rid of all white immigrants in Canada so they can overrun the country with their Chinese relatives. Anyone who lives out West or in the Toronto area can verify this fact.

                                                                                                                      The media will report it, they have done it several times in the last few years, but they have not stopped anyone from being deported, it only makes them more serious about getting it done because they think they are making examples of them.

                                                                                                                                      In the mean time stall them by applying for an extension of her current status and if it gets turned down, appeal it with an Attorney.

                                                                                                                                      Just a warning, I have been told be Canadian Immigration that if I were to get an Attorney to represent me I would be immediatly declined, my visitor status would be revoked and I would be deported immediatly. However in my case they have done some illegal things and would be in deep shit if I got an attorney, if you simply use an attorney to file an appeal you should be ok.

                                                                                                                                      And get your MP's attention and demand help. The MP in Kingston helped us out a lot, but beware, they WILL NOT stand up for you. They will help you all you need in private but if it goes public or you need them to pull strings usually they will tell you no.

                                                                                                                                      In the end a very carefully used attorney is all you have, but DO NOT get an immigration attorney. Get someone who is well respected in family law or something because most immigration llawyers are just out to fuck you and they usually do nto knwo anything about immigration law. (in Canada. "immigration attorney" is an oximoron.)

In Canada you have to pay income tax even if you do not earn Canadian wages and are not a Canadian citizen, and you still get stuck with 18% of everything you purchase.

                                                                                                                                              Immigrants pay for more than their fare share of your social system even though they have no rights to use it. Once she gets legal status to use it, she has more than paid for her share.

                                                                                                                                                          Maybe in your experience, but last time I made a stink that could have been taken to the media, what was supposed to take 6 weeks was done in 12 hours

I spent almost 3 years of my life waiting for my papers to be approved and my mother is Canadian!!

                                                                                                                                                                  From my years of BS with the Canadian Immigration I'd suggest that you get in touch with them and find out about extenuating circumstances allowing for her to stay. There are 'refugee' status and also you can get exceptions made. And you know who you should REALLY get in touch with? THE PRESS

                                                                                                                                                                  Canadian Immigration Law does allow for humanitarian purposes to let people stay - heck, there are some polygamists here in BC who are trying to use those laws to let the wives stay in Canada LOL.. if they can do it, why can't you?

                                                                                                                                                                  Then the government will have more than just YOU to deal with, especially if you get in touch with some multicultural societies, they often know some cheeky tricks to make things work out.

                                                                                                                                                                  ALSO - if you pay over 100,000 in taxes each year, then presumably you make enough income that you can just sponsor her.. a sponsored landed immigrant, you just have to be responsible for her for the next 10 years.. but that shouldn't be a problem given your income, so perhaps try THAT route!

However in my case they have done some illegal things and would be in deep shit if I got an attorney, if you simply use an attorney to file an appeal you should be ok.

The MP in Kingston helped us out a lot, but beware, they WILL NOT stand up for you. They will help you all you need in private but if it goes public or you need them to pull strings usually they will tell you no.

Get someone who is well respected in family law or something because most immigration llawyers are just out to fuck you and they usually do nto knwo anything about immigration law. (in Canada. We brought our grandmother from Ukraine (the last relatvie we have), she is 76. She has no relatvies back in europe, and obviously none to care about her. She had visa for 3 years, and today we got a call, that Canadian would not let her reunite with her family anymore, and wants to deport her back in the midle of nowhere, to abandon an olderly person, which needs support. My family pays more then a 100 000 dollars in taxes a year, and thats what we fucking get !!
