I've rolled with guys who are roughly my weight but all muscled out and cut up and they're no stronger on the mat. There's a difference between muscle you get grappling and muscle you get on a weight bench. Sculpted muscle can help a little but the guys who have real crazy strength usually have a pot belly, big meaty shoulders and a wide back. Big pecs aren't very useful except to get bitches.

You must only know guys who juice to get big. Open up any muscle magazine and everyone in there is using hormones, HGH, Clen, whatever. Until my eyes were opened lately, I had no idea how many people use Pro Hormones to get the body they want. Male and female. It's a huge industry.
What you are referring to in muscle difference from lifting and rolling is nothing special. It's called leverage.
