I just got home from riding my bike at 80 MPH for about 30 miles . . . sorry I did not brush my hair for the photo op

Are you kidding me?!? There are things in life that are amazing and have more meaning than ones shallow attitude towards another's appearance!

BADDOG I cannot believe you got my baby to do that. He is eating out of your mouth? I seriously have tears in my eyes right now. That poor bird flew up on my porch looking rough and neglected. I took him in, knowing nothing about birds, and all I could dream of was finding someone who would love him the way I knew he should and could be loved. I bought him the best cage I could find at Petsmart and all the toys I could grab. I could kiss him anywhere, once I grabbed him out of his cage, and he loved the blow dryer but that was the limits of my connection with him. To see these pictures makes me so happy inside.

My Daddy always told me that you can tell a lot about a man's character on the way he is with animals and the way animals react to him. You my friend are amazing!

Thank you for making my wishes and hopes for that little guy, come true. But I must admit there where times I wanted to kill him. That?s why I was looking for a home for him, I am just not a bird person. But if needed I would have kept Fred my whole life.

But once you told me about Harold, and showed me pictures of you and him together, I knew my Fred would be happy with you and that is why I drove him all the way LA. He is a good boy and a smart boy.

I can?t wait to come for a visit, and this time I am staying the night. I want to see Fred but I also want to check out the hotties in the Harmosa Beach bars!

Sorry I just drove round trip to a Dr.'s appointment for my foot, 2 hours each way, and then when I got home I had to help a neighbor load up her apartment because she is a spoiled brat who was going to be locked out of her apartment and lose her belongings, because Daddy isn't paying her bills anymore. ) And on top of it she was going to take her kitty to the pound. WTF? So guess what?????? I got another kitty today and my kitties aren't happy. But what the hell am I to do? [/rant]

Actually, he is pretty quiet. He may talk to the birds outside or on National Geographic, but for the most part he is pretty quiet.

I tried that a year or so ago, and even the two that encouraged it (my daughter and one of my girlfriends) both decided that it wasn't working.

Good thing too, I hated having to shave every morning.
