    2257 Compliant

    Aquarius Rising Photos is now fully compliant with the new 2257 record keeping requirements. All release forms and ids are digitized and easily accessable by the model's real name or any of their alias'. We have thumbnailed the entire collection indexed by product number which in turn is indexed to the model names. Every url licensed and all print publications are listed for each product.

          Bill,

          Are all your sets exclusive only? I noticed you have a discount of 50% if you don't want exclusive, do you then move the set to another section of the site if you've already sold a license for it?

              Only the most recently shot sets have exclusive available. Generally I need to know in advance if you want an exclusive shoot in a certain niche and I'll contact you when I shoot your niche and you can decide if you want an exclusive, a 1 year exclusive, or non-exclusive.

              Maybe I should clarify things in my about page.
