If she wasn't talking about the ambulance service.. then who was she talking about??? Did she expect the politicians at the Emergency Preparedness Department to really give a shit?

When she saw her homeless man there were two numbers she could call.. one a 565-xxxx .. and that number will get nothing done.. typical government slackers.. the other was 911.. which would activate EMS, Fire, or Police.. and I already described the EMS situation for you.
They will run some RTA buses and church vans to take special needs persons to safe areas of refuge. If you can find that number, maybe you can put your name on a list. That number will not be in the phone book under EMS no matter what you think the letters stand for!
