Here is a conspiracy

The CIA mailed anthrax to media persons in order to trigger public hysteria and to quicky ram bio/chemical national defense measures through congress.

If there was no immediate threat it would of took years to build a measure of defense as significant as the one they built immediately after the anthrax mailings.

They would of never had the billions of dollars to put HAZMAT on stand by, to equip postal buildings with scanning devices or to order Cipro to be mass produced.

The country would have been left wide open for a serious chemical/biological terrorist attack. Not a lethal dose of anthrax in the mail, but a corp plane spraying chemicals over a populated area. Anthrax being deployed at sporting events or placed in salad bars at resturants.

The only reason to mail anthrax is if you wanted to target a specific person or group of people.

A terrorist would of used a methond in which they could inflict as many people as they could at ounce. They would have to because defense measures would quickly be established preventing them from deplying further attacks.

I thought of this immediately after it happened. I even posted it here a couple-few years ago.

I dont think 911 it`s self was a conspiracy. It caused to much damage to the country finacially. I can`t see the goverment sacrificing hundreds of billions of dollars in economic decline.

Whether or not there is some big conspiracy, its pretty fucking obvious the Bush Administration doesn't know what they are doing.

First, September 11th. Big intelligence failure. When it happened I said ok, mistakes happen. Some heads are going to role, Bush is going to flip the intelligence community around and reorganize everything.

See, I used to read a lot of military and intellegence news magazines. I knew alot about bin Laden well before 9/11. In fact, I had told a buddy of mine to write a paper on him just months before.

Well, Sept 11th happened and Bush decides that creating *a whole new department of the government* would solve the problems of the FBI and CIA. Right then I knew they were full of shit and didn't have a clue what was going on.

I don't even have to mention Iraq.

Bottom line, The administration is getting ready for their third strike out.

The sad thing for Bush is he had an oppurtunity to be remembered like FDR. Instead he is going to be more like another Nixon.
