        That's so not the guy. It's a fucking showpiece arrest.

        There's no way they got DNA testing done in less than two days.

        The cops are playing the media. I feel bad for that guy cos he's getting railroaded.
        One thing, I forgot this last detail: the Biz Markie will always prevail.

              It can take a week to run fingerprints, DNA testing is complex and they couldn't have gotten the guy's DNA before they arrested him...yet they announced the day after they arrested him that DNA tied him to the crime scene.

              I think the guy who did it is the one who called in the 911 call.

                way to go...I hope this guy didn't do it and he get the chair and then the real guy confesses and the vigilante motherfuckers can stew in it...no wait, they wouldn't give a fuck, because at least someone paid....

                  something that really chaps my fucking ass about this case...they want to give this guy the chair, yet the fucking pedophiles and child molesting oooos in the Catholic Church get transferred....

                          The sheriff's statement that he's "100% certain" that Avila did it may come back to haunt the prosecution. This statement may allow Avila to successfully move for a change of venue since the local area has been prejudiced by the sheriff's statements.

                          Frankly, I don't see the need for such statements due to the risk of legal complications during the prosecution. Seems irresponsible.
