Here's the last email I sent today:

Our server was ordered on August 10th.. it has been 17 days, for setting up a server you claimed took only 36/48 hrs.
You do not keep me informed of the status, you don?t email me, ICQ me? nothing.
Even the new deadline (I?ll have it setup with Cpanel in a couple of hours) didn?t get you to at least write an email you couldn?t make it.

I?ve had enough of this.
You disappointed me big time.
