I have an affiliate account with RookieBabe and I have no junk mail like this at all. NONE. Honestly they have been a great program, I just get announcements and reseller tools from them. I just went through my junk mail to make sure I have no emails like this. And there were none.
Maybe before you jump all over them you should check to see if others are getting the same junk mails? Not bashing you, just looking at the story from both sides. I seriously doubt they would sell your email.
I'm just saying dude. You need to be 100000% sure that this is the root of the junk mail.
