help me out here
i sold my moms car in january... about a month ago i get a letter in the mail that we got a ticket because of not showing our registration on the car we sold. so i called the dmv they said they recieved our notice of release of reliability and the new owner went in MAY to register the car , they paid the fees but they were suppose to also smog it and come back to like pick up the regustration, but according to the dmv they never smogged it.
so they basically paid the reg fee but no smog. therefor the car has not completley transffered.
i sent a letter to the parking citation place, and i get a mail today saying the request was not accepted because the car has not been fully transfered CVC 5602.
this is really pissing me off !!!
what should i do !
