it's completely fair you let us know.
also pretty nice business that you'd eat the 50mbit overage and settle on a lower bill to help the guy out when you [assumed] he had a bad month and overshot his load a little. however, a couple months and shitty excuses and all that.. lame. just taking advantage of your good graces.
now for the rest of us legit people who might overshoot our limits.. you might not be so quick to help us out (unless we have a long standing relationship)
oh well.. always takes the one person to ruin it!
