Transaction history shows my correct balance but available balance is at $0. Did this a few days ago too.

I just went to the ATM to get some cash out of epassporte and the first bank said "no transactions allowed. card has bad status". Tried a second bank and it declined the card too. Kind of got me worried, but then saw on their site that they're down for maintenance.Traffic-Out
