Do you answer unknown/private calls?

i never do. i can always call them back if it was something important, and i always wonder why they have thier caller ID blocked too....

I answer every call - I have kids and I wouldn't want to risk having missed a call from them if it was an emergency & they needed me. I also have a good way of getting rid of telemarketers - I tell them I'm on welfare the second they release their spiel - I tell them 'whatever it is you're selling, I'm on welfare and can't afford it - it's a waste of your time and you should get me off of your lists' - telemarketers call once every 6 months now & before, it was once every week.

at home.. don't answer private/unknown calls
on my cellie.. yup.. all calls
business phone.. besides people know I rarely answer home phone.. voice mail picks up

They are my favorite. My phone book consists of a few friends and mainly familiy. Anytime I get a number or a private call I get excited. My life is rather boring as you can imagine.

I answer all my phone calls, why not ?

It can be, as it was on countless ocassions, a prospect or a new customer in search for assistance. Or just a recent acquaintance getting in touch.

Those who don't answer have indeed little or no social nor business life.
