My girlfriend of 6 1/2 years has been doing this with me since day one... both fulltime since the tail side of 1996 (she manages our pay sites and works on a lot of the new projects - I run the tech side of things). And yeah, she hates the business (lol), but only when stuff gets slow.
Both our families know what we do and none have a problem with it... and as was said - business is business...
