                                                        Not to hammer the program, as it has helped me a bit of cash, ande Brian seems like a nice guy, but rather than offering this short contest why doesn't fastsize just man up and offer $150 per sale. Everyone knows you can do it and still get a great profit (hell, the other companies do). I don't see the inside stats, and I guess you guys are watching them closely due to the recent competiton, but if you don't match the 150 offered by other companies soon for ALL purchases I'd say you risk loosing yuor awesome position.

                                                        Match them, and you will hold your ground with all the current affiliates you have, don't and I'd say mensniche will take over within the next 12 months. This is an outside perspective of course, and nothing bad on the company, though I am considering changing my links over to mensniche (keep in mind I don't send many sales these days anyway).

Every affilate gets 150$ a sale ... Every affilates get paid 200$ a sale one random day of the week ... Every affilate gets the same treatment.

                                                            Mensniche is a solid company aswell but there are alot of other guys comin into the game aswell....Within in weeks we will see two or three more companys pop up and offer the same products we sell ...... Only thing we claim is that we sell the oringal product ... Witch we do ... our disturb. has been selling online sence 96' ... and it can be proven with wayback machine and the others in the game so far from what I have seen are using a diffrent company that seems to be in some hot water at the moment but that is just what I have heard ... ;)

                                                            Anyways ... I think we all run tight programs and we all have our own perks

                                                            Fastsize being that they where the first publicy annoucnned afiflate program to sell this product on gfy ( NOT ON THE NET some before them ) ....

Mensniche has a solid bunch of affiliates already and a good crew and I believe they are in best position if fastsize doesn't stand up. Like you said, lots of guys are moving into that market, and (although this is obviously an outside perspective) unless fastsize secures their position soon by matching the payout (hell other companies DOUBLE it) I bet they will go down hill - and it will hard to be able to crawl back up once all the competition has arrived.

                                                                                        Brian I think your a nice guy, and I wish you luck, but I personally would trust mensniche. They are trying to squeeze the market I guess, and although I understand your reluctance to want to do it (i mean I am sure you are making great money at the moment), I just suggested from an outside view you might have to (though your the one seeing your daily stats etc so I guess you know eitherway).

                                                                                        $25 per sale isn't too bad though from an affiliate point of view I think, (I know it might be a stepdown from what you earn now) but I'd think it might be a good move to secure your position very strongly to assure these guys don't squeeze your large hold on the market, as you know there will be many who try. You might also consider branching out and offering pills, etc for sale to compete with the roundness of programs like mensniche.

                                                                                            Let me put it in different terms. The programs engaging in the extender business now, currently run successfull PILL companies. These companies came into this market as they saw some room to move. Now I know from direct information from an owner of one of these programs that they have PLANS to LOSE money for 2 months, until they "lower the payouts" of their program.

                                                                                            The idea of their business tactics? Snag affiliates of ours, and paw as much business as they can away from us.
                                                                                            Shit, sounds like a good plan right? To an extent. Our affiliates are loyal as I have found thus far. Amazingly loyal.

                                                                                            This business model can not exist forever for some of these companies and you will watch as they slowly adapt our pay scale, or a $75-$100 flat fee to be able to survive the costs involved etc.



                                                                                            It may not make sense now, but this is all coming. We're not worried.

                                                                                                Of course heaps of companies try and squeeze out their competition (a common tactic by big supermarket companies, etc) before jacking their prices, or in this case lowering their payouts. On the other hand you claim they are loosing money? Brian just gave us the information on how much all this costs and even at a $150 payout he states a company would still make a $25 profit per sale. I believe you are possibly talking about oainternet with their 200$ random days, but I'd say a solid $150 payout, especially when coupled with a trial 'penis health' membership (which I assume rebills them another $20 later on unless they cancel) is very viable.

                                                                                                I remember Brian stated he was doing around 20k orders per day a while back - that equals about 65 fastsize extenders, at $25 per profit (and/or with another rebill that you manage to achieve for $25 on every 1:2 people - a total guess) Brian would still achieve a $2000 a day profit. I bet it is a step down from what he is earning now (and there is nothign wrong with that, he found a niche market and capitalised - well done to him) it would at least secure fastsize's future for a long time to come.

Lets all grow up just a little bit. We all have our business models and be respectful to those which have a different business model shan your own, do not imply its impossible just because you can not see how it is done.

                                                                                                                            Some things to consider which would change the entire "costs" given above are, relationship with wholesaler, which product you actually purchase, processing cost, ability to upsale etc. For example and this is no disrespect to OA but they ship out the cheaper version of the extender (the one in the cardboard box) while FastSize ship out the AndroMedical version which is of far superior quality. (MensNiche ship the high quality one too)

                                                                                                                            Every program as its good points and bad points and if you want we can make a thread and all clearly post them for the affiliates to see instead of snide comments behind peoples back... Making accusations about MensNiche "paying out higher and then going to lower payouts", "would like to see their admin because its impossible etc" is just low and classless. It also implys that affiliates are stupid, loyalty will come with affiliates when you give them what they want, we have had affiliates for 3 years.

Haven't got around to putting up more links, banners etc... checked stats 2 hours ago and had a sale with 1:76 RAW... Would be great if that sort of conversion continued.
