Is the designer's $5 per sale deducted from the payout, or am I missing something? I have an ARS account that's been sitting unused for three years and I figure now is as good a time to revive it as any.

$4.99 for BYOT pays $35
$4.99 console free for BYOT pays $30
Not sure where you get $24, make sure you set all the options you want up top then hit "build linking codes"
