the saga continues...was promised a call back from Shaliza, but that failed to materialize...Sent all of the required docs (again, as all the times before) and today got a notice (24 hours later) that they had received my documents.

So I called the CS, and the supervisor says that I can now start counting down to an 'up to 1 week' due diligence process.

These people already have my ID, passport, SS#, all of my addresses, phone numbers, emails, IM names...what more could they need for due diligence? Isn't there supposed to be a benefit to the epassporte system? It is harder to use than any bank account I have...it used to be so easy...what happened?

Oh well...if there are any responsible people at epassporte that happen to read this, you might still be able to salvage a customer that pays the $50/$1000 fee at least 5-6 times per month...I know its not a lot, but you would win my eternal gratitude as well.
