Adult Friend Finder - Fix Your Fucking Stats Already

Seriously, you have had programmers "working" on the system since announcing the payout increase. Almost every day since then, I have seen some seriously strange shit in my stats. Stats need to be accurate. If they aren't accurate, what's the point of having them?

I was also told that there would be a way to see rebills in the stats area. This still hasn't happened.

Unless things are fixed very soon (next week at the latest) I will be pulling all of my traffic and sending it elsewhere. I hate to start a thread on GFY about this but my rep keeps jerking me around. It's time for action.

They have a bout a 24 hour delay or soemthing like that going on. My sales are very consistent and they are being counted. I can tell.

I doubt you're making enough sales to see the stats problems that I am talking about. I have talked to others that are seeing the same problems in the stats and the problems have been acknowledged by my AFF rep.

I didn't say that sales weren't consistent and weren't being counted.

He's got a fair point though....

It would be useful if we were able to see how many rebills we got especially now that the new tier system in some cases pays different percentages for rebills and for regular subs. In fact we should have a right to see them as its proof we arnt being cheated.

Exactly. I am also concerned about sales appearing, then disappearing. That's been happening for quite some time. That looks really, really suspicious to me. I'm not accusing anyone of anything but I'd definitely like my stats to work and be accurate.

Perhaps we could get some regular stats updates too. The stats seem to update sporadically now.

The payouts increase of August 1st had a number of unexpected effects on the display of stats. We've been busy working with individual affiliates to resolve specific irregularities, while at the same time addressing the general issues at a macro code level.

In all cases, an inviolate log of clicks, orders, etc. has served as a consistent and accurate reference. It's important to note that, in spite of variability in what you SEE, the underlying numbers have never changed.

I'd like to work with you personally to both explain in greater detail what's been done, and to take a look at your account specifically.

I don't want rhetoric. That's what I have been getting from my rep. I'd like my stats to be accurate, show rebills and update on a regular basis. I just want everything to work. I don't think I am being unreasonable.

I've sent them 1.7 million uniques since July... I look at my stats every day like most people. I like my numbers, trust their accounting and wouldn't think of sending the traffic elsewhere.

I was being quite serious. I am not a programmer but I have a couple of guys who work for me that can definitely take care of you. I can make a phone call and have my stats area completely reworked in a day. Why it takes a massive program such as yours over a month to do it is beyond me.
