There should normalwise 4 short tutorials included with Advancedsubmitter which can be opened if you click on the "TGP/MGP/Linklist/Linkdump - Tutorial" buttons at the Page Creator Tab. They explain the first basic steps and should get you started rather quickly.
They are also included in the "StockDatabase.zip" which you can download at http://updates.advancedsubmitter.com/free_databases/
And you might also take a look at http://www.advancedsubmitter.com/tutorial/index.htm for a more detailed tutorial

I use advanced submitter,
not their database(s) thouhg. im not gona pay 150 $ for extra shit either
i deleted their list and built my own.. there's only about 90 sites in my db
but every one my galleries get accepted.. mostly just partner accounts
gets me about 500k traffic per galleryComment
