We run and develop Australia's top ranked Webcam Chat community site. We have been running for 5 years and have over 2 million members world wide. We are a small but dedicated team based out of Melbourne.

We are seeking a full-time developer guru with at least 3 years experience working with applets and related technologies who is willing to learn and lead. You will be exposed to all areas of the site and a wide range of technologies, you will have a direct impact on the future development of the business.

Skills Required;
- Java Applets (MSVM and Sun JVM support) AWT & Swing
- Java NIO & IO
- Java Media Framework
- HTTP
- Java Servlets
- Understanding of Software patterns
- Java Performance Tuning skills
- Strong SQL skill set (MySQL)
- XML (JDOM)

Experience developing communications/chat software and streaming video would be an advantage. We are looking for someone already based in Melbourne, Vic. A top package will be negotiated with the successful candidate including base salary and additional benefits.
