paycom on domains with whois protector?

if a domain's whois is obscured by a whois cloaking service is this non compliant with paycoms TOS
or is it negotiable

If you process with paycom your corp details are on the paycom join page.

epoch told me my domains whois has to be the same as the corp info submitted to visa.
