our boxes are overseas already we are based out of panama.

we have a text solution already. you can create custom templates like trade sites do that show columbs of niches saying asian pic asian pic asian pic. we are working to implement gallery descriptions so it is not just asian pic asian pic.

and we may consider hosting thumbs for people at a 7% skim ratio. it all depends on some bandwidth deals we are cooking.

and whatever joe wrote on the next thread

maybe you were not paying attention to the whole post, or I did a bad job of differentiating the two issues.

1.) for users that ONLY promote Nude images to countries other than the US, and would like to be able to remain doing so, we have an off shore hosting solution and can insure that none of there stuff goes to any US jurisdiction. therefore they are in a seperate class ( this is important to thoase types of users)

2.) for the rest of us, ( including my own TGP's) we will only offer Non nude thumbs from our spo0nsors, we will offer a text only solution for our users or we will have a link on the image that takes you to the sponsors 2257 info pertaining to their FHG ( as you know this needs to appear on every page, and or image, ) this however is not law yet, and is still up in the air so once that part is determined as to EXACTLY what the law says is required as to the info necassary to be provided there, or in what manner , we will have to wait and see.) but ask yourself this, what good would it do for us to NOT be compliant? and why would you think we would not?

I hope this answears your questions. as to our compliance plane

second 2% out 100 may notbe that much but 2% out of 100k is. so it is big savings and means more traffic for us.
