    Legalized KP?

Okay, I was just listening to Frosty, Heidi and Frank and they were talking about Niciole Kidman's new movie, Birth - and I have to say I was shocked.

The premise of the movie is that Kidman is a widow, and she feels this 10 year old boy is her reincarnated husband. I heard there is a scene where she is naked, in a bathtub with him, and they simulate them playing hide the cobra.

    How is this not KP?

Never saw Rambling Rose, and Pretty Baby was pre Title 18 I believe, and I don't recall any nudity or simulated sex scenes there,

I do recall nudity in pretty baby, but you may be right about it being pre title 18.
As for rambling rose. Has a boy who I believe was around 14 or 15 when it was released (so knock 1-2 years off for the time it was filmed) who while laying in bed with Rose (laura dern) he rubs her naked boobs, then puts his hand down the sheet and fingers her to climax (simulated I suppose or hope).

                In Hollywood it's called art.

I've been hearing about this scene for 6 months now and it's been debated quite heavily on movie geek boards...
apparently this will play easier in Europe than stodgy America...

from what I've read, it's not played for erotica...in other word, this isn't storke material...

hard to say though regarding KP laws...
in porn, we can't even imply underage, yet, 80's sex comedies often featured underage characters nude and in sexual situations...Titanic got an Oscar and had a nude 17 year old character (even though the actress was much older) yet if we did that in this business, the godfreaks and DOJ would be so far up our asses they could smell our breath....

Has anyone even been charged with child porn for showing underage breasts?

                    Can anyone answer this?

The fact that it's an older woman is more socially acceptable. Women are generally not seen as sexual molesters. There have been a few movies on the Lolita theme (older man, younger girl), but they always featured pubescent girls, not 10 year olds.
