A better solution is for us to switch to alcohol. It would take less than 500.00 to convert any existing cars fuel system to burn alcohol. All rubber parts would have to be replaced with silicone parts.
Alcohol will burn cleaner, and gives 100% of HP and 90% of fuel efficiency than gas.
Then we need to build an infrastructure to manufacture the alcohol.
Then we get our farmers.. who are starving for $$ to grow crops that easily convert to alcohol and we start growing our fuel...
But you see.. politicians will not vote for this.. because they are funded by the allmighty oil company $$$$$.
