Let me first just say that I love you and you guys are good peoples.
But I can't for the life of me understand why your main site still has a 1996-looking cheap design. I know, I know, if they do good business and ppl are making money, who cares what their sites look like? But, on the other hand, how hard would it be to make your sites look better than even the worst commerce site on the web?
