LOL- yeah, there are definitely some anomolies with that site but the vast majority of domainers consider it the best online valuation tool around. No online valuation tool will be better than a live person but it is the best automated one around.

Hmm I don't think that the domain gmail without branding or traffic would be worth a hell of a lot. More than $260 maybe but less than $1000.

As the guy above you said... the domain gmail.com is really not worth much if it wasnt developed by google- email the guy that owns fmail.com or hmail.com for example. I bet they dont want that much for it. You guys are webmasters so you look at things in different ways. To you guys it's all about traffic. you would plunk down a load of money on an inherently worhtless domain like theabsolutesuckiestdomaininthefuckingworld.biz if it had enough traffic but thats not the way people in the domains biz think. They think of the long-term branding potential, not the quick buck. The fact is "brazilain models" gets a TON of searches and the fact also is that having this domain would make it infinitely easier to rank for that search term. And as I said above, estibot.com is not perfect but for an automated tool it's not bad. You say it sucks but can you point me to a more accurate tool of it's type? No, you cant. If you want to donate me the money to have Sedo or Afternic appraise it I would be open to that but until you do, I am just relaying the info that estibot is presenting me with. I have plenty of domains they say are worthless so it's not like every domain you input is valued at this much.

ok, long story short... I had a $500 offer for this domain but before I had seen it I saw the $100 offer but I had not written the guy to accept it at the point. I subsequently saw the $500 offer however it was actually made BEFORE the $100 offer so I accepted the $500 offer... problem is that the guy bought another domain so he backed out of my sale but he dragged it out so long the $100 buyer moved on as well. I have decided at this point the only way I will sell it is to auction it on Sedo so if you are interested you can make the minimum $60 offer and I will send it to auction there. If no one else bids on it after a week you get it for $60

p.s.- please dont say 'I offer you cash price without using Sedo" because since this all happened I have recieved 2 or 3 offers like that in the $100+ range. The only way i would sell in a straight out cash deal not using Sedo is well into the $xxx range. If no one wants to use Sedo or pay $500 cash I will just sell a few other domains instead.
