Anyone know a program or script that will do this?

I'm looking for a program or script that will scan a domain of mine, and then reply back with a list of urls that are all on the domain. Similar to a sitemap, but all I need is the urls that I can paste into a spreadsheet.

It has to do 600+ pages as well.

Can you just print out a file list with all recursive folders, and then copy and paste in the http:// ?

Use Seo Quake as a toolbar for Fifefox. On the bar is a button to extract all external/internal links into an easy to copy paste view.
