Yeah, I totally understand what you mean. The smarter you are, the more you harp on details that most people wouldn't even recognize. It's hard to not overanalyze when your mind is so active and ignorance isn't an option.
I realized some time ago that "simpler" people tend to be happier because they don't think, care, or remember things that smarter people do. It's hard for "smart" people to trust and accept things (especially people) at face value, because they analyze things beyond the surface.
It's really hard to train your mind to "relax" and enjoy things, when you are constantly calculating and analyzing. It's possible though!
