I think i'm with juicy on this one, (disclaimer: i do have some beef with jeff though and am still owed money but i dont care anymore)

If the guy is clean now and can do business without fucking anyone over then why not give him a second chance? if he fucks anyone again then yea blacklist him for good.

If the guy's reformed and operating above-board and not screwing anyone over, maybe it's been long enough that he's been made to suffer?

But I don't know first-hand about who's pissed at him right now and why. All I know is he used to run underage model sites back a few years ago, and I had a problem with his attitude back then.

I value honesty and integrity in business above all else. It would be interesting to speak to Jeff on the phone for a bit. I would post my honest impressions of him afterwards, but I doubt he'd be up for it.

His underage model sites were the least of his worries. The long list of designers, models and associates he decided to string out and stiff on payment was the bulk of his problems. He always seemed to repeat the same pattern, bank wire problems, lost check in the mail, bogus ups tracking #, it was always the same routine. Funny though, the straw that finally broke the camel's back was when he promised lensman an ipod and failed to deliver even after repeatedly saying he was going to send it. He has enough knowledge to make money in this biz, but his lack of business accumen and poor ethics will continue to bring him down.

All I saw of him was a few years ago, him posting his outrage about others in the industry cracking down on the underage model niche, especially the non-nude underage niche. There is an old thread here where Jeff was livid about it... and he took serious heat for it.

Yeah I remember all the underage model drama with Jeff. For a about a 4 month stretch there was always drama regarding Jeff, I believe most of this might have been when you took your gfy hiatus cd.
