        Yes, probably her father (the man on the picture) droped some cluster bombs on his daughter and her friends.

Granted, that doesn't justify dragging kids into it when they have nothing to do with the shit the Russians have pulled... But there's a difference bettwen justified and explained. Funny though, there's still Americans that think 9/11 was an isolated act out of nowhere... that the US never fucked anyone over to get that as a reaction.
