CumSensei´s cook book. Part #1 Tomato Sause.
Ok do you want to surprise your partner this weekend? How about doing you OWN tomato sause? Think its hard? It´s not. I will from time to time give you some good ideas and illustrate them with pictures. Sorry if I cant tell you the right names on all stuff I have in these food ideas but hey there is pictures 
We start today with..
CumSensei´s tomato sause!
Ok lets start with what we need.
We need basil
1 BIG union or 2 smaller
3 pices of garlic.
14 tomatoes
salt and pepper
Olive oil
Start by cutting out the green "button" on each tomato with a small knife. Also cut 4 small cuts out from the hole you get after cutting out the "green button"
Now its time to get the skin of the tomatoes. Take a pan with water and heat it untill it boils. Dip the tomatoes into the hot water and look for when the skins tart to crawl off..thats when you take them out and put them to cool down a little on your desk. WARNING THEY ARE HOT!!
When they have gotten a little cooler you just take your fingers and pick the skin of each tomato. It comes of realy easy.
This is what the tomatoes looks like after the skin is off.
I always think it´s better to cook in a real iron pan because they take the heat you need better then say a aliminium pan.
So get a real iron pan
