this is one time i agree with you, they stole $95 from me, no big deal, but just annoying - i called them countless times, each time they assured me an email explaining how to fix things was on the way, that was a month or two ago, after multilpe calls, still no e-mail

I only needed it to pay a designer, who only accepts EP. I would have considered continuing to use it but not now. Unfortunately, it let me sign up one of my CCs. You figure if it accepts your CCs, it will let you access the system.Originally posted by brizzad

Service at Epassporte and Paycom sucks.
I met a representative of the companies at the Miami show. I asked why we could not get email confirmation of an order on Epassporte and why I was still waiting for approval on application to be a merchant with Paycom.
Representative promised to come back straight away after the show with an answer. Still waiting.
