No question about it. Im not saying he isnt a good guy or not good at what he does. Clearly he is. I think it was a combination of him not getting it as fast as he would have liked it and bs threads like this one. Thats why I refunded him and gave it to him for free. I am also not the one that brought it to the board, he did so I have every right to explain my side. He also contacted a couple local people to show up at my door... and that I have an issue with. So, I may have been a bit harsh on the guy in my post and well, for that I'm sorry. Anyways, refund was made and he gets free, exclusive content. If he has a problem with that, I dont know what more I can do for the guy.
Anyways, Im glad you have a great relationship with the guy. Clearly, I will not ever doing business with him again, meaning all the more work for you. You do AWESOME work so it should be a win win!

i second that - Bill is a great guy and since he's with us nearly from the beginning of our company I know him quite a while now and we always got along very well. and we prefer the same car brand - that makes it even better.
also he pays faster than i can write invoices - i need to tell this a few other clients

August 12th I asked for a tracking number. You gave me your word you would get one. I expressed my concern about the content coming.
August 14th No tracking number, I asked for the content OR the money to be refunded by Friday the 19th.
August 19th No content has arrived. No tracking number. No wire has been posted to my account. I expressed my concern about the content arriving, what have you done since the 12th in those 7 days? Nothing. Exactly the same behavior as this guy named Jeff. Wow, why would I be concerned?
