They probably wouldnt have all that traffic if they didnt use the stolen content.

Thats the new plan now.

1) open up a forum
2) encourage users to use rapidshare.de to upload whole sets and website rips
3) turn a blind eye
4) watch your traffic grow to 200K

4 step plan

Thats how you get to 200k quickly. You take away the stolen content and the site will drop like bricks.
