You're also lacking knowledge on the anatomy of the penis. As a woman who has sucked a fair bit of cock both cut & uncut, I can tell you that right where those piercings are, are really close to a lot of veins that aid in erections. With that many piercings, erections would be either highly painful, or more probably impossible.
