    Are you over 30 and still playing video games?

    I know I do.
    I stopped playing them for a long time, and then the PS2 came out.
    Just wondering who else is still obsessed with these things.

      i am 30 ..i still play some games ..GTA and a few racing games .. but not much ..

          The average video gamer is 29. This isn't 1983 where video games were made strictly for the under 18 crowd.

                  36 here and i am a total console freak..i think i have had all consoles that ever came out.

                      I had 3do though. The Horde was the shit. That and the party games like Twisted. Mr. Pez was the shit.

                                          Ah yeah.. Neo Geo was friggin expencive..200$ for games? i remember i had to pay like 500 to 600$ each as i imported them from Japan..

                                          Yeah 3DO rocked.. i loved the machine to death..pitty it died so fast though..

                                                          I do, but only multiplayer/online ones. The days of "Mario" and endless bullshit platform games are long gone for me, too boring. The genre never evolved, it's the same repetitive shit. And what happened to artificial intelligence?? The CPU opponents are still Atari 2600 levels of stupid, such a disappointment.

                                                          But games like Tiger Woods, Madden, Project Gotham Racing, etc, are great online with buddies my age. As are games like Battlefield 2. Anything where the opponent is live.

                                                              I had a 3DO at launch, and I swear those six or seven total games it ever had racked up thousands of incredibly fun hours of playtime with myself and friends. Hell just Need for Speed and Street Fighter on it had at LEAST a thousand hours of time spent on them by us. And Star Control 2 owned...lol great system.

                                                                          no, but I'm almost 30 and still listen to teenie music like Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson plus I watch MTV all day which is probably just as bad if not worse...
