Well, since my last post was based on Marvad employees kissing my ass and I was the frightened little girl that was being threatened to be suued...

I realized that they can't because I am the only one that didn't sign a contract while employed by them.

So...

During a phone conversation between RogerV and BrianM- I quote RogerV- (this was Sept 1)

"we'll just shave the shit out of 'em and just say that the age verification pages screwed it up"

Also Brett of Marvad- watch your back because Roger wants to fire you...he said he pays you too much and since Marvad is in the negative now, he needs to cut overhead and you aren't the only one he wants to fire.

Marvad can barely pay its employees...They are -! Believe it.

Also BrianM- Roger wants to get rid of you too but he just didn't have the balls to say it to you on the phone...they are trying to figure out away to go around your contract.

RogerV can't pay his employees and that means the webmasters as well...so don't be surprised when you get fucked. But he does have the money to buy a 6g watch and a new Range Rover and head to Vegas and gamble all the money that you have been making him. Oh wait the watch is on credit- Just like his business

He still owes Ian over 3 mil - Talk about debt, I would hate to be in his position. Ian is smart tho- running the business by smacking Roger around like the bitch he is. If it weren't for Ian backing Roger all the time and telling him what to do Pornkings would have been gone a loooong time ago!

Roger- Hope Chris of CCbill wasn't dumb enough to let you borrow money- did you tell him that you are in the negative, that you are planning on fucking your partner in the ass? and that you are firing some of you most hard working employees because you are selfish and want more money more money....

Lets calculate your debt- ok lets not, dont want to embarrass you any further.

And it doesn't matter that you are revamping- your content sucks.

What evidence do you want? I backed them up for a good minute to save my own ass because I thought they were going to sue me.

They cannot sue me and if they take me to court (which they wont) they will just be admitting to unfair business practices and will only fuck themselves.

I am not the frightened lil girl anymore- just the smart, honest one that I have always been and will continue to be.

I feel for the employees of Marvad- Roger has been plotting to fire a few of them because he can't afford to pay. They have no idea.

Choda- I was freaked out cause I thought I was getting suued. Roger told me that he wouldn't sue if I found out who the exposed guy was and redeemed myself, so I made a post.

But, being that I didn't sign a contract and after talking to my lawyer, I realized they were just trying to scare me.

I am probably like a lot of webmasters- you don't have a whole lot but what you do have you dont want to sacrifice... I didnt want to sacrifice putting my family thru that shit and having threats made constantly.

This is the fucking truth. They cant touch me now.

I would think they have you for libel now if even a single shred of that is untrue. Do you have the phone conversations recorded? If so, did you tell him you were recording? Last thing I would do with info like that is bring it to a message board where so much fake drama exists in the first place.

People really need to try and work out their differences to the best of their ability before they bring it to the boards. Stuff happens and it isn't always in a way that is meant. I would think twice about doing business with anybody that goes and blabs to the board the second something goes wrong. Shit happens and until you know it's on purpose I think you should wait. But then again f they are fucking you over I say it's free game to warn everybody against them...

If you actually did speak to a lawyer he would have let you know to not meantion anything at all about the situation anywhere including emails and message boards.
